Nancy Retsinas – I have been a lawyer since 1991 and am licensed to practice in both Washington and Oregon. I serve the Vancouver and Portland areas. I earned my law degree at the University of Oregon School of Law (JD Doctor of Jurisprudence, 1991), and I am a graduate of University of Portland (BA Communications, 1986). Vancouver, Washington has been my lifelong home, from Harney Elementary to McLoughlin Junior High to Hudson’s Bay and Clark College. I believe in the collaborative approach so much that I co-founded Two Rivers Institute for Dispute Resolution, where we train professionals the best practices on collaborative law and dispute resolution.
